Metter Interactive is a marketing agency located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, between New York City and Philadelphia. Metter Interactive provides marketing services, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, website design and development, and content development solutions. Since 1996, Metter Interactive has worked with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and service providers from many different industries to provide online marketing solutions designed for the B2B and B2C marketplaces.
Metter Interactive is not a traditional marketing agency trying to find its way in today's online environment. Our approach to marketing is "Web-Centric" and integrates client business objectives with a blend of both traditional advertising and online marketing.

Chuck Metter founded Metter Interactive out of necessity. While representing ThomasNet (Thomas Register) as a sales consultant in the mid-90s, a small phenomenon called the "Web" gained prominence. As Thomas Register transitioned from print advertising products for industrial manufacturers to an online-based medium, advertisers had to follow suit. Selling online advertising "space" to businesses without websites proved a challenging task...Metter Interactive was born.
Prior to Metter Interactive, Chuck held sales and management positions in the forms industry with both Standard Register and UniSys (formerly The Burroughs Corporation). He holds a B.S. in Business & Economics and an MBA from Lehigh University. Chuck is very active in the day-to-day management of accounts and the creative team, always refining the user-experience and injecting client business objectives into the design process. When he's not solving problems for clients, he can usually be found on a surf board at the Jersey Shore, U.S.V.I, or Tortolla.

Mike Carroll's involvement in web design and online marketing projects extends back to 2000 working through college as a freelance SEO consultant. After receiving a B.A. in Mass Communication, Mike worked with at a public relations agency in Philadelphia, specializing in large technology companies including Polycom and Northrop Grumman. Mike began working as an Internet marketing consultant with ThomasNet (Thomas Register) in 2003, where he gained experience building and managing online advertising programs and developing websites for a wide range of industrial manufacturers. His inclination for understanding client needs and how to integrate search into marketing strategies stems from experience in independent sales, search marketing consulting, and freelancing. Mike joined Metter Interactive in 2005 and has since expanded the agency's SEO and website development capabilities. His daily responsibilities are focused on business development, project management, and guiding strategy for search marketing and web development projects.
Mike enjoys traveling and has been participating in motorsports, driving race cars since 1990. On Saturday nights from April through October, he can usually be found behind the wheel at area race tracks.

Jeff Metter has a degree from Penn State University in Architectural Engineering. Since most websites aren't as complicated as suspension bridges and skyscrapers, we believe he's qualified for the job. Jeff has been working with Metter Interactive since 2002 as a Web Designer, with a brief hiatus for a summer of surfing in Southern California.
Jeff continues to evaluate and implement best practice web design and development technologies into client's websites on a daily basis. He has developed websites that include ecommerce, content management, blogs, and Web 2.0 technologies such as RSS feeds and bookmarking tools. He plays a mean guitar, a meaner Guitar Hero guitar, and is willing to pay the ultimate price to surf the ultimate wave.

David Snyder started his career in the late 90s designing and developing websites and Interactive Media for some of the Lehigh Valley's premiere brands such as Mack Trucks, Air Products and Just Born Candies. After building a strong foundation in creative and development David moved into Project Management to manage and lead technical projects for Campbell's, GMAC, GSK and PPA. His love for building strong relationships led him to move into Account Management and Strategy which allowed him to deliver some of the biggest ecommerce solutions for consumer national brands including Ace Hardware, Rockport and Cost Plus World Market. David has developed open-source web and mobile strategies for B2B technology and healthcare companies including BioClinica, Vocollect, IMS Health and Vertex, Inc.
Prior to Metter Interactive David held senior leadership positions at Garfield Group, TrueAction (previously known as gsi interactive), G2i (previously known as Refinery) and Imirage, Inc. David has a degree in Visual Communications and Specialized Technology from Allentown Business School. When David is not thinking up the next best thing on the web he is relaxing at the beach with his family and polishing his 62' Beetle.
