Metter Interactive hires digital marketing industry veteran David Snyder to head account strategy and user experience design

Metter Interactive, an agency specializing in web-centric™ marketing, advertising, and technology, today announced David Snyder has joined the firm to head account strategy and user experience and design.
The new hire follows a 2011 year that saw the agency post a 30% increase in revenue and land several new accounts. Metter Interactive cites an increased demand for creating solutions and visibility strategies for web and mobile devices as an area driving growth.
“Perception of a company’s brand is driven by user interaction with their online content,” said Michael Carroll, vice president of business development at Metter Interactive. “As vice president of account strategy and UX+D, David’s experience will play an critical role in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients and expanding our client base.”
David started his career in the late 1990s designing and developing websites and interactive media for some of the Lehigh Valley’s premiere brands such as Mack Trucks, Air Products and Just Born Candies. He has provided project management and lead technical projects for Campbell’s, GMAC, GSK and PPA. In addition, David has provided account management and strategy, delivering large ecommerce solutions for consumer national brands including Ace Hardware, Rockport and Cost Plus World Market. David has developed open-source web and mobile strategies for B2B technology and healthcare companies including BioClinica, Vocollect, IMS Health and Vertex, Inc.
Prior to Metter Interactive David held senior leadership positions at Garfield Group, TrueAction (previously known as gsi interactive), G2i (previously known as Refinery) and Imirage, Inc.
